If you cancel your registration on or after May 1st, or if you do not keep your reservations, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed against any refund you request. No refunds will be given for meals if your registration is cancelled after May 8th. No refunds will be given for unused meals. Late and on-site registrants can be accommodated on a “space available” basis only. (Please note the late registration charge.)
