Dinner in the Wardroom of the USS Salem.  This dinner was to honor our members who are part of the "Greatest Generation" as veterans of World War II.  The evening consisted of a guided tour of the ship, a 700 foot World War II era heavy cruiser.  The men and their guests wandered through the engine rooms, gun turrets, bridge, and the combat information center of the ship.  The tour covered ten decks in all, surprising themselves with their agility.
