• Reminder: Torts class will be held on Tuesday, September 16 at 9 a.m. (instead of your normal Contracts class), and your Contracts class will meet Wednesday, September 17 at 2 p.m (instead of your normal Torts class).
  
• Assignment for our first class: Please read Dobbs & Hayden, pp. 2-9, 20-27, and 35-38. Pages 2-9 and 20-27 are background material that you will find useful for Friday's class discussion. In class, we will discuss the case of VanCamp v. McAfoos.
