Every three years, approximately 450 District Administrators from around the world represent constituent leagues in roundtable discussion and assemble in convention to provide comprehensive review of the Little League program including rules and regulations. These discussions provide the basis for effective administration of the program at all levels.
In accordance with policy, the membership of the Congress nominates five District Administrators for election as members of the Board of Directors of Little League Baseball, Incorporated. This democratic process ensures equal geographic representation in formulating the future direction of the Little League Baseball program.
