Welcome to my website! I am currently a sophomore in the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education with my second major in Human Development. This semester I am enrolled in several education classes, one of which is called "Teaching Mathematics and Technology." In this class, we have many opportunities to explore and integrate the many recent advances in technology, as well as the perks of using technology to teach math. I have created this website as an assignment for this course and with the hopes of providing an accessible and comprehensive snapshot of myself as a professional and a continuing learner. To learn more about me, please click on the link to my resume below, or click on the link above and email me anytime! Enjoy!

There are of course many resources that are available to teachers regarding everything from how to teach and what to teach, to research studies conducted with educational principles in mind. Many sources are available to students at Boston College through the libraries as well as our courses. Stephanie Thornton's "Children Solving Problems," was one of these sources and one that I found to be particularly helpful and interesting. Click here to be connected to my review/analysis of chapters five and six excerpted from this book.
