JTE Editors
The Boston College editorial team led by Marilyn Cochran-Smith is currently completing
a two-year term editing the Journal of Teacher Education (JTE). Housed at
the Lynch School of Education, the editorial board addded three new members
at the beginning of its second term to bring in additional fields of expertise.
The three new associate editors were Andy Hargreaves, Larry Ludlow, and Patrick
McQuillan. The six continuing associate editors were
Curt Dudley-Marling, Audrey Friedman, Janice Jackson, Jerry Pine, David Scanlon,
and Dennis Shirley. Kevin Koziol is the Managing Editor. Moira Raftery is the
Journal Administrator. The Journal of Teacher Education focuses
on policy,
practice, and research in the field of teacher education. The Boston College
editorial team's last two issues of the JTE will be published in January/February
and March/April 2006.This special double issue focuses on "EVIDENCE, EFFECTIVENESS
& EFFICACY."
Its five annual
issues are provided as a membership service to institutional representatives
of AACTE and may
