Voicemail GUI:
Fall '04 - An enhanced graphic user interface
for voicemail will allow the BC community to listen to voicemail messages
and change their preferences online.
ePolicy Orchestrator:
Fall 04' - Those who connect to the BC network will be prompted
to download this McAfee product which helps BC manage our anti-virus and
security
policies.
Web
Interface for Auto-Attendant:
Spring '05 - Admininstrators, who manage the complex self-service
voice menu options, will now be able to make changes to
their systems via the
web instead of via the telephone prompts
DocsXpress
Online:
Spring 05' - We plan to implement Xerox’s FreeFlow product
for BC which will provide a web storefront for BC users to submit
new jobs
and reorder
existing ones in a secure environment.

scholarship is awarded each year to a Boston College junior with an outstanding
record
of community
service
and excellent
academic
achievements.
The past two years I was Co-Chair of the Communications subcommittee
and I maintained the scholarship's
website.
Mentor,
Benjamin E. Mays Mentoring Program
Mentors provide encouragement and support to BC students during
their undergraduate years. This
year is my first experience with this program. I think it's a great opportunity
for both the protege and the mentor. Learn
