I created this website as a class project for ED 520 (Teaching Mathematics and Technology in the Elementary School) at Boston College. I currently work as a teacher's assistant at the Boston College Campus School and am in the process of applying to the Lynch School of Education's graduate program for severe special needs.
I attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated with a bachelor's of science in occupational therapy in 2003. Before working at the Campus School, I worked for four years as a case manager at a day program for adults with developmental disabilities at the Greater Waltham ARC in Waltham, MA. For more information about my experience, please refer to my resume.
You are currently viewing my home page. Towards the bottom of this page, there are links to some other pages I made as parts of this project. My teaching page features some information regarding my teaching philosophy, a copy of a lesson plan that I would like to conduct, and an I-Movie that I made with classmates in my ED 520 class. My personal page includes links to the homepage for the Boston Celtics and to a music website that I visit frequently. The links page includes links to five websites relating to mathematics education that I found to be useful, along with a brief description of each site.
Thanks for visiting my site! I'd appreciate any feedback you have regarding mathematics education, special education, and/or the Boston Celtics.
