Try to create a table of methods and tools used in the conceptualization and design of software, and in the management of software creation/programming. Try to arrange them into a "Then" vs. "Now" vs. "Ideal" table structure.
How do such management tools provide companies with a competitive advantage? What are the dimensions of competitive advantage that the vendors of such software design and programming tools claim to allow companies to get better at?
