Welcome
to my website. I am a third year
doctoral student in the Organization Studies Program at
innovation, and learning routines. My current work looks at the role of visible organizational school identities and their impact on student perceptions of school
environments as supportive toward creativity and innovation. My other research work includes downsizing, mid-career tenure faculty transition, and
