INTENSIVE INTERMEDIATE FRENCH/ BORDEAUX/PARIS:  LE PROGRAMME
INDEPENDENT STUDY/PARIS: LE PROGRAMME
  • 3 credits for Independent Study Course on French Culture, Civilization and Literature
  •  home stay with French family in Bordeaux, breakfast and dinner included (May 24 - June 19)
  • lodging in an International student center in Paris (June 20 - 27)
  • Bordeaux: welcome dinner, guided visit of Bordeaux, class on the art of making wine, guided visit of Musée d'Art contemporain, sailing on lake near Bordeaux
  • Excursions: Saint-Emilion,Sarlat et Château de Beynac, Château de Haut-Brion. Château de La Brède, the Musée de l'Acquitaine, Biarritz andSaint Jean de Luz on the Atlantic Coast in Southwestern France. Students will be lodged at the Grand Large hotel in Biarritz the June 13.
  • Paris: Visite libre, play at the Comédie française, farewell dinner on a barge on the Seine.

INTENSIVE INTERMEDIATE FRENCH & INDEPENDENT STUDY/ BORDAUX / PARIS:  LE LOGEMENT & LE TRANSPORT
BORDEAUX:
Students will stay with individual host families in Bordeaux. 
These host families were selected by the Alliance Française of Bordeaux.
Students must arrive on Sunday, May 24 and must notify their host families of their arrival information no later than May 16, 2009.
PARIS:
Students will travel to Paris as a group with Profs. Javel and Bartin-Yansen by TGV.
Student housing in Paris, TBA. 

LES CLASSES ET LE CAMPUS à Bordeaux:
Attention!  You should arrive in Bordeaux on Sunday, May 30.  Your host family will pick you up at the airport or the train station, depending on how you choose to arrive in Bordeaux.
Classes in Bordeaux:
Classes will be held at the Alliance Française of Bordeaux.
