Thanks for stopping by.  I am an organizational researcher and educator.

My main interests are in the domains of corporate social responsibility/ethics,

leadership development, nonprofit management/social entrepreneurship.     

 

As a researcher I explore how the social responsibility practices of organizations influence employee engagement, well-being and organizational peak performance.

 

As an educator I currently teach graduate courses in leadership development and nonprofit management.  In the past I have taught organizational behavior at the undergraduate level.  I have also taught and trained executives as a consultant.
