December 20, 2007 Just finished a sabbatical this past Fall. Spent it working on a copyright law casebook for West Publishing. This Spring, will be teaching Intellectual Property and Trademark.
August 29, 2006 Teaching Property and Trademark this term. Working on various works in progress.
August 20, 2005 Teaching Property and Trademark this term. Working on various works in progress. Also planning a conference on Copyright Law and Standards here at B.C. this coming Spring.
August 18, 2004 Teaching Property and Trademark this term at B.C., as well as Intellectual Property over at B.U. A very busy teaching term. Also have a forthcoming article coming out in the North Carolina Law Review, as well as a couple of additional works in progress.
August 22, 2003 The summer is, alas, over. Teaching Intellectual Property this term and will be on a research leave next term. On the scholarship front, I have a work in progress that is, well, in progress. Also helping to plan the CAPALF symposium this October.
January 21, 2003 The new semester has begun. Teaching Property and Copyright this term. On the scholarship front, I have two shorter symposium pieces coming out this Spring (for the B.C. Internet I.P. Conference and the U.C. Berkeley DRM Conference).
August 15, 2002 Gearing up for the new academic year. Teaching Property, Trademark, and Copyright this year. On the scholarship front, I have a piece coming out in November in the Michigan Law Review. Also planning a symposium here at B.C. for October 18-19 on Intellectual Property and the Internet. Busy, busy, busy.
