Old Exams
10/29/09 -- Old property law exams can be found on my Exams Page. Please note that the coverage for past classes may not be exactly the same as the coverage for this year's course. In particular, prior to 2006, Property was a full-year course, and therefore covered more topics than we currently cover in a single semester course.

First Assignment
08/21/09 -- Our first class meets on Wednesday, Sep. 2, 1:00 p.m. For that class, please read in the casebook: Pierson v. Post (76-79), Notes (82-83).
