Registration Form
To register for the conference, please download the registration form (pdf), fill it out, and send it by mail, with payment of the $195 registration fee (via check or credit card), to: Ms. Theresa Kachmar, Capalf Symposium, Boston College Law School, 885 Centre Street, Newton, MA 02459. If paying by credit card, you may also fax the form to Ms. Theresa Kachmar at 617.552.2615.

Cancellation of registrations must be received by October 11 in order to receive a refund. Registration fees will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. Please email cancellation notices to Theresa Kachmar at kachmar@bc.edu.
