Four Sessions Throughout the 2008-2009 Academic Year
As a part of my Graduate Research Assistanceship, I assisted in the professional development sessions for eight modules for teachers involved in the pilot study of the National Science Foundation-funded urban ecology curriculum. I was primarily responsible for several aspects of the sessions, including introducing a web-based version of the curriculum, the Action Plan component of the curriculum, as well as a number of content- and process-based lessons.
