• The Education Law Association is an organization of attorneys (primarily representing school districts), educators, and professors of education law.
• The National Association of College and University Attorneys
• The weekly newspaper Education Week is the trade press for elementary and secondary education. It is an outstanding source for national, state and local stories about current trends, activities, and some research summaries concerning elementary and secondary schools. Some job postings are also available.
• The weekly newspaper The Chronicle of Higher Education is the trade press for higher education. It is an outstanding source for national and state and local stories concerning current trends, activities, and some research summaries.
• Two law reviews specialize in education law: The Journal of Law and Education and The Journal of College and University Law. Both are in the B.C. Library collections .
• Specialty law journals focus upon education issues. The Individuals with Disablities Education Law Reporter and the National Disabilities Law Reporter are two useful sources on disability issues in education.
