Dr. Shirley worked with co-principal investigator and research assistants Michael Evans, Corrie Stone-Johnson, and Deanna Riesman on the Raising Achievement Transforming Learning Project (RATL) which serves over three hundred schools in England and seeks to create and embed innovative and effective ways for schools to work together to promote student learning and achievement.
