Please note: You must be logged into ARTstor, and have PowerPoint 2007 or later installed on your computer, to download an image group to PowerPoint.
You can export to PowerPoint image groups containing a maximum of 150 images. ARTstor limits users to exporting a maximum of 2000 images to PowerPoint in a 120-day period.

The "Export to PowerPoint" feature creates a PowerPoint presentation with one image per slide, with the identifying data for the image in the notes field for that slide. Additionally, each image in the PowerPoint presentation is hyperlinked to the original image in ARTstor, so if you're displaying the PowerPoint presentation on a computer that's connected to the Internet, clicking on the image in the PowerPoint will open the image in ARTstor, where you can zoom in on the image to show details on-the-fly.

  1. Create and sequence an ARTstor image group that includes the images you wish to display in your Powerpoint.

  2. With the image group open, click on the "export to PowerPoint" button just below the search box at the top of the window.
  3. ARTstor Export to PPT Icon

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the download.

  5. Once the PowerPoint file is saved to your computer, you can open and edit it.
