A little about me as an educator...

I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2000 with a BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a concentration in Young Children with Special Needs. I then taught for one year in the Speech and Language Dept, providing services for children in grades K-5 at a public elementary school in rural Vermont. Followng that school year I relocated to Boston to gain experience in a more urban setting. I've been teaching at the Boston College Campus School for the past three years while completing my masters program in Severe/Intensive Special Needs here at Boston College. At the Campus School I provided communication therapy for students with severe special needs, ages 3-21 for two years and currently I am a classroom teacher within the school.
